Installation and Training

DBI can install, configure, and train your designated personnel.

Installation – DBI Support Staff will:

  • Arrive on site and unpack all equipment, and confirm that all equipment and parts have been received
  • Prepare the equipment to be mounted and go forward with mounting the equipment
  • Set up each station, install and configure video card drivers
  • Install and configure the calibration software

 

Training – DBI Support staff will:

  • Provide both hard and soft copy User Manuals
  • Provide Step by Step guidance to all staff involved through the set up and configuration of video card drivers
  • Configuration and set up both locally and remotely, X-CAL®, DBI’s exclusive Xtreme Display Calibration
  • Provide all needed information to access our 24/7 support both over the phone and remotely
